Please appreciate that when I realized that I needed to step up and try to help with this situation it was due in part to me seeing just how urgently this was needed. This is an extremely challenging endeavor. I had to provide a tremendous amount of information to a very diverse group of people in a very short period of time. Not only did I have to provide them with this information, but also I had to prove that some currently held premises where very flawed. Hopefully, I did a sufficient job of this, and they can open themselves up to recognizing the real opportunities here.
I work for a living and run a high producing loan production team. I have people who are dependent on me to provide a living for their families.
I also have to make the commitments to the clients who are depending on me right now my highest priority.
There is a good reason why there has been so much confusion and frustration in this area. It is extremely complex. I did the best I could to provide all of the information necessary as clearly and accurately as I could. Almost all of this information had to be created from scratch. Since I have so many daily responsibilities, much of this information was created by me in the middle of the night as I worked pretty much around the clock on this over the last couple of weeks. I cannot guarantee that there are no typos or other minor errors. I will be updating and correcting this information as I discover any issues.
This is written based on my personal experience in this field. Different Lenders may have procedures and restrictions that vary from this. This is intended as a guide from one person who uses these programs very successfully, sharing the methods and procedures I use. You should always check with the lender you are using for process, procedure, and restrictions, specific to them.
