W9 – Tax form for payment processing
Contractor Profile – The Contractor Profile is a form that goes together as part of a Resume to the Lender. This is needed with every Streamline 203K loan that a Contractor gives a bid on.
Bid of Repairs – It is important that the Specific repairs form is completed correctly and that the final summary page shows the information and the numbers add up.
